VacMaster VP200 vs VacMaster VP210 Features Overview
The VacMaster VP200 and VP210 are both chamber vacuum sealers with great power that are suitable for all types of jobs (dry, moist, wet). They are both equipped with mode buttons, a digital display, and a vacuum gauge.
Chamber vacuum sealers are great for foods with liquid, you can even vacuum seal your soups. This is because with this type of vacuum sealer the air is sucked out of the entire chamber, not just the bag (i.e Foodsaver models), allowing the air pressure on the inside and outside of the bag to remain equal, so liquids stay in the bag.
From a high level, the main differences between these two models come down to four specs:
Chamber size: The VP200 has a 12″ L x 12″ W x 6″ H chamber while the VP210’s chamber measures 11.25” x 15.25” x 5.
Seal Bar Type: The VP200 has a single wire seal bar while the VP210 has a seal bar with double seal wire, which is better.
External vacuum hose port: The VP200 has an accessory hose port on the front panel to seal foods or snacks in VacMaster storage containers, the hose is included in the package. The VP210 does not have an external hose port.
Lid Holder: The VP210 has a lid holder.
