FoodSaver VS0150 vs FoodSaver FM2000 Features Overview

While looking very similar in terms of size and design, the FoodSaver VS0150 and FM2000 have some notable differences.

The most important difference between the two models is that the VS0150 has a Moist mode. The machine does not have a sensor to automatically sense the moisture but there is a button built into the body for changing the mode between moist and dry.

One other advantage of the VS0150 is its stylish ultra-compact design, you can store it vertically which helps you to save some counter space. The FM2000 and VS0150 have removable and dishwasher-safe drip trays for easy cleaning.
Both machines are great and you’ll be satisfied by using both of them for daily vacuum sealing but we think the VS0150 is the winner.
